If you have already been given an LA Registration Password from Hartlepool Borough Council, simply click any register link and complete the registration screen. Insert the LA registration password into the registration screen at the appropriate place in lieu of selecting a subscription package (a brief guide is available here if you are unsure of how to register). If you are not a member of a Foundation Stage setting but are otherwise involved with the Foundation Stage in Hartlepool Borough Council, they may purchase your membership at their discretion. Email the Hartlepool EY administrative contact address below, giving your name and a brief description of your work with the Foundation Stage.
