Terms and Conditions

Membership of the Foundation Stage Forum community costs £20 annually. This provides full access to the forums and articles, as described in the Benefits section below.

All forums are post moderated (ie discussions are checked regularly, after new posts appear); however, this dialogue is a cooperative endeavour. To maintain an environment conducive to quality debate and interaction, please agree to the following few basic guidelines and requests before using this system:

Please remember that although we moderate this community carefully, we are not responsible for the messages posted by members. Members are trusted to post within the reasonable social and legal requirements detailed below. If members break this trust, we reserve the right to adjust their membership so that future posts by them will be moderated before they become visible to other members. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Foundation Stage Forum.

Any member who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately, either by email or by making use of the Report button next to every post. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use the Foundation Stage Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by the Foundation Stage Forum.

Benefits

Subscribers to the Foundation Stage Forum will have:

• Full Read access to all the open forums currently existing and any future open forums that are established, for a period of one year from successful subscription
• Full Write access to all the open forums currently existing and any future open forums that are established, for a period of one year from successful subscription
• Full Read and Download access to all articles and resources currently available, as well as other articles and resources which will become available during the year
